Gus Testa, Top Realtor with On Point Carolinas Realty, LLC, has been in real estate sales and management since 1977. In 1993, after leaving family, friends and his owned real estate franchise firm behind, he and his wife Beth made the decision to “head South” with their 2 sons. Since that time there has been no looking back. Gus immediately began working for a local and well respected new home builder, building beautiful neighborhoods in and around the Charlotte area. In his first year of new home sales he was awarded “Rookie of the Year” for the highest volume of sales for the company. Then in 2002, it was time to move on and Gus joined major developer Crescent Resources as one of their Residential Sales Associates.
From 2002 through 2012, Gus along with his business partner Kim McBee, continually sold several million dollars in volume and became very familiar with the movers and shakers in the Real Estate industry in and around the Lake Norman area, the Charlotte area and the Northern most portions of South Carolina. In 2013 Gus and Kim partnered with a local developer to open On Point Carolinas Realty, LLC; a full service real estate company, listing and selling new and re-sale homes and home sites. Gus holds licenses in both North and South Carolina.

Kim started her career in real estate in 2002 with Crescent Resources, a large residential, commercial and multi-family developer based in Charlotte, NC. She and partner Gus Testa had the opportunity to work in most of their residential communities in the Charlotte region during their ten (10) year tenure.
In 2012, Kim and Gus, along with a local area developer, formed On Point Carolinas Realty, LLC. On Point Carolinas Realty, LLC is a full service real estate company, working with buyers and sellers in both new home construction and re-sale homes.
From 2002 – 2012, Kim and Gus sold between $15 - $50 million in volume in the Lake Norman, Charlotte and northern most portions of South Carolina. Now with On Point Carolinas Realty, LLC, they continue to work every aspect of the real estate industry representing sellers, buyers, investors and banks in the residential market.
Before entering the real estate industry, Kim took a five year leave of absence from work as a scheduling analyst/cost engineer in the nuclear power industry for Stone & Webster >Engineering and Bechtel Power Corporation to stay home and raise her son.
A native of upstate New York, Steve and his wife Lorraine followed both of their children (Jeff and Lindsay) to the Lake Norman area to be closer to them and their grandchildren after retiring from a teaching and coaching career in the New York school system. Steve was head football coach, basketball coach and track coach there for over 30 years. During that time, he accumulated 157 victories, nine “Coach of the year” awards and several championships.
Steve was also elected the town and village judge in Morris, NY, was re-elected 4 times and served for 20 years until his retirement.
After relocating to the Lake Norman area, Steve became assistant football coach at Dividson College for 7 years. He has since joined the Pine Lake Prepatory School in Mooresville as their offensive coordinator.
Steve joined On Point Carolinas Realty in 2014 as a buyer specialist. He spent several very successful years working with another major real estate company in the area before joining our team.

Guy Eberhart is a highly motivated and experienced corporate manager whose distinguished thirty-nine year career with Sears, Roebuck and Company at the local, regional and national management levels, has been built on his effective human relations skills, organizational skills and dedication to business with a balance of a positive community influence and responsible corporate citizenship. he spent ten years in retail stores and the Boston Catalog facility, fifteen years in Human Resources concentrating on identification, recruitment and executive development and fourteen years in Public Affairs and Government Relations. He was one of five key team members for the Sears, Roebuck and Co. corporation relocation from the Sears Towers to a new corporate business park in suburban Chicago. The Future Farmers of America awarded him the Degree of American Farmer at the Kansas City, KS, National Convention for work with their youth development program.
He is a graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. He has an honorable discharge from the U.S. Army Reserve as a Captain in the Medical Service Corp. After working as an attendant for Mint Lake Construction model homes in Dominion Village, he attended Mingle Real Estate School for sales and broker training, successfully passing the state examinations. he is a licensed broker in North Carolina, a member of the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association and the National Association of Realtors. He has been a Broker/Realtor in the Lake Norman and Charlotte areas from 2005 to present. On January 1 2014, he join the On Point Carolinas Realty team as a Broker/Realtor.
Prior to making the transition into real estate, Nickele spent many years in retail as well as sold cars for Hendrick BMW Northlake.
Nickele brings her experience in sales, customer service and consulting to her new partnership with On Point Carolinas Realty and makes it her highest priority to provide unparalleled representation to all of her clients and customers.
Rhonda Edwards, successfully completed the course at Superior School of Real Estate and obtained her NC Real Estate Brokerage license. She is a highly motivated professional who is eager to begin a new and exciting career.
For the past 25 years, Rhonda and her mother have built a successful family owned business as an Electrical Manufacturers Representative. Standard Electrical Sales was built around the philosophy of, “Treating customers like family.” Because of the importance placed on each individual customer and their specific needs, along with dedication and a lot of hard work, it earned them the reputation as a company that goes above and beyond to ensure the highest level of customer service possible.
